Cloch Internet has become a part of TSG
| I am very pleased to announce that from March 21st, Cloch Internet will become part of Telecoms Solutions Group Ltd (TSG).
This change is the result of almost 6 months of planning and training of both teams, to successfully integrate the combined operations of both TSG and Cloch Internet. TSG Ltd are a highly experienced team of IT professionals with knowledge not only of the domain registration and hosting industry, but also complimentary services such as Networking, IT Support and Telecoms Consultancy. With offices in Dublin and Cork, the combined forces of both Cloch Internet and TSG will allow us to offer an even higher standard and greater range of services to our customers. For more information on TSG, please visit their website at www.tsg.ie. You will shortly be receiving a welcome letter by post from Sean Ware, Director of TSG confirming this change. As Sean will be explaining, this change will have no effect on your current settings, usernames or passwords. Our existing systems that are currently in place will not be altered as a result of the takeover. Indeed our number one priority during this period of transition is ensuring that our high standards of service are maintained. |
In the coming months, you will most likely have some dealings with a member of the TSG team. When you do, I am sure you will find them competent and professional, and fully trained to deal with the requirements of current Cloch Internet customers.

What will happen as a result of this changeover?
From March 21st, all existing Cloch Internet customers will become customers of TSG Ltd and renewal invoices will be in the name of TSG Ltd. This is the only material change at this point.
As a customer, is there anything that I need to do?
Absolutely not. You need only be aware that cheque payments should now be made out to TSG Ltd. If you pay via bank transfer, please see your next renewal invoice for updated bank details or contact support@cloch.com for these new details.
Where can I access my invoices, billing information and account settings?
